Building or renovating a home? Approval in 10 days or less

     

If you want to build a new one or two storey home, renovate your home, add a granny flat or a swimming pool, you may be able to apply for a quick 10 day building approval.

A new home, renovation or improvement can be approved in 10 days or less without the need for a DA if it meets criteria in the NSW Government's Housing Code.

The Housing Code is an alternative to the traditional development application (DA) process saving home owners time and money with less paperwork and a quicker approval.

Using the NSW Housing Code you may have a faster approval for your home.
